The San Antonio Brahmas are going to play in about 2 weeks’ time. So, you’re going to need to be prepared when this team takes the field. And to be connected to the team you need to have the 5 most interesting San Antonio Brahmas players.
Number 1: Kalen Ballage RB
A former 4th round pick of the Dolphins, Ballage kind of busted out there. He actually had a real nice game his rookie season with a 123 yard rushing performance along with a touchdown. He was the number 2 back his second year but couldn’t replicate that performance. A 6th round pick in the XFL with elite speed, I think this guy could be a game breaker, along with his partner in crime at the running back position.
Number 2: Jacques Patrick RB
The number 3 overall pick in the XFL draft. This team really needs this man to step up and help create an insanely dangerous duo with Kalen Ballage. He’s pretty slow for a running back with a 40 yard dash of 4.69 seconds, so he’s not going to be the big play weapon. That’s why I put Ballage ahead of him, because Ballage is going to create more highlight reel plays. But, the strength of Patrick is going to make him a reliable and consistent back that picks up 4-5 yards per touch.
Number 3: Jawan Pass QB
He’s 6’5″! That is like, really tall. But, just like a lot of other guys on this list, is going to have to earn it, and has a lot of untapped potential. Pass has a shot to be the best QB in the league, but then again they all do. He was really hyped up coming out of high school as Lamar Jacksons replacement. So if he can prove all those optimistic critics right, then this team will be super dangerous. This team is going to win some ball games if Jawan Pass can compliment this ground game with some great plays.
Number 4: Alize Mack TE
Another former Notre Dame player, Mack was a 5 star recruit coming out of high school. He has nice speed for the position running a 4.7 40 back at the combine. That, along with being almost 6 foot 5 and 250 pounds, this guy is going to be a solid playmaker for one of his QBs
Number 5: Jalen Tolliver WR
At this point, you can probably tell I’m an offensive guy. I like my offensive playmakers. Anyways Jalen Tolliver was a pretty good player for the run-centric Tampa Bay Vipers last time around, so if he can continue that XFL momentum that would be great for this team. A great running back room of 4 along with a solid QB (whoever that will be) and 2 good pass catchers, this team will DOMINATE.
So basically, if they can get their QB situation right this is gonna be a real nice team and dangerous contenders for the title.
